Wir bieten ein Konzept für digitale Services und Business Modelle, erstellen Produktentwicklungsprozesse und implementieren digitale Services entlang der Wertschöpfungskette stets mit Fokus auf Effizienz in Marketing und Sales Prozessen.
Der Sitz der Audi Business Innovation GmbH befindet sich in München.  
  
Die Praktikumsstelle ist ab  Mai 2024 für mindestens 6 Monate zu besetzen. 
Was dich auf deiner Mission erwartet
  • Gemeinsam mit dem Team betreust du unsere Standorte in einer hochwertigen technischen, organisatorischen und infrastrukturellen Hinsicht. Gemeinsam seid ihr dafür verantwortlich, dass unsere Mitarbeiter_innen sich im Büro wohlfühlen und eine Arbeitsatmosphäre vorfinden, die Kreativität und Produktivität fördert  
  • Du bringst dich bei innovativen Ideen zur Förderung der hybriden Zusammenarbeit innerhalb der Audi Business Innovation GmbH ein und setzt diese um 
  • Du hilfst dem lokalen IT-Team bei alltäglichen Aufgabenstellungen 
  • Du installierst, konfigurierst und wartest unsere technischen Systeme und Netzwerke sowie die dazugehörigen Hard- und Softwarekomponenten 
  • Du koordinierst Wartungen, Inspektionen, Instandsetzungen und Reparaturmaßnahmen in Absprache mit der Hausverwaltung und Eigentümern, um den reibungslosen Betrieb unserer Standorte sicherzustellen 
  • Du hilfst bei der Organisation unseres Umzugs inklusive der Planung neuer Standorte 
  • Du unterstützt bei der Durchführung von Workshops und Veranstaltungen sowohl innerhalb der Audi Business Innovation GmbH als auch darüber hinaus
Was du mitbringst
  • Du bist eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d)  in einem IT-nahem Bereich und hast Interesse an einem Studentenjob in einem erfolgreichen Unternehmen 
  • Du hast gute MS- Office Kenntnisse und eine Affinität für Technik 
  • Du hast Spaß an innovativen Themen 
  • Du hast ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten 
  • Du hast eine selbstständige und engagierte Arbeitsweise 
  • Du hast Spaß im Umgang mit Menschen, Technik sowie elektronischen Komponenten und bist in der Welt der Computersysteme und Netzwerke zu Hause 
  • Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Was wünschenswert wäre
  • Eine Hands-on Mentalität und ein handwerkliches Geschick sind von Vorteil

The internship is available from May 2024 for at least 6 months in Munich.
Your mission
  • Together with the team, you will look after our locations in a high-quality technical, organizational and infrastructural way. Together, you are responsible for ensuring that our Employees feel comfortable in the office and find a working atmosphere that promotes creativity and productivity  
  • You will contribute to innovative ideas to promote hybrid collaboration within Audi Business Innovation GmbH and implement them
  • You will help the local IT team with their day-to-day tasks 
  • You install, configure and maintain our technical systems and networks as well as the associated hardware and software components 
  • You coordinate maintenance, inspections, repairs and repair in consultation with the property management and owners to ensure the smooth operation of our locations
  • You will help with the organization of our move including the planning of new locations 
  • You will support the implementation of workshops and events both within Audi Business Innovation GmbH and beyond
What you need to succeed
  • You are an enrolled student in an IT-related field and you are interested in a student job in a successful company 
  • You have good MS Office skills and an affinity for technology 
  • You enjoy innovative topics 
  • You have strong analytical and conceptual skills 
  • You have an independent and committed way of working 
  • You enjoy working with people, technology and electronic components and feel at home in the world of computer systems and networks 
  • You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
Nice to have
  • A hands-on mentality and manual dexterity are an advantage
