Dein zukünftiges Team „People & Culture“ ist Teil des Bereichs Corporate Services und besteht aus sechs ABInaut_innen, welche die Mitarbeitenden beraten und nachhaltige Lösungen für das Unternehmen schaffen. Dein Fokus wird die Unterstützung der Business Units bei der Gewinnung von Talenten sein.
Was dich auf deiner Mission erwartet
  • Teilnahme an Kick Offs für neue Vakanzen und Klärung der Anforderungen gemeinsam mit People Partner_innen und Stellenverantwortlichen aus den Business Units
  • Definition einer Sourcing-Strategie und eigenständige Auswahl geeigneter Tools und Kanäle
  • Identifikation, Auswahl und Ansprache potenzieller (Tech-)Talente für die ABI und Aufbau einer kontinuierlichen Pipeline
  • Führung erster Gespräche mit interessierten Kandidat_innen
  • Tracking der Sourcing-Aktivitäten und Ableitung von Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten für zukünftiges Sourcing
  • Verantwortung für das Recruiting und dessen kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung inklusive beispielsweise Auswahl und Beschaffung geeigneter Stellenportale
  • Organisation und Durchführung von Events in Zusammenarbeit mit Communications sowie den Business Units
  • Mitarbeit bei Projekten in Zusammenarbeit mit dem People & Culture Team sowie den Business Units
Was du mitbringst
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Sourcing und/oder Recruiting (z.B. aus einer Personalberatung oder einem anderen dynamischen Umfeld)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Tools wie dem LinkedIn Recruiter und dem Xing TalentManager
  • Erfahrung im Aufbau von Search Strings und in der Durchführung von Searches mit den gängigen Suchmaschinen mittels Boolschen Operatoren
  • Spaß am Begeistern von Talenten und daran neue Ideen und Ansätze zur Talentgewinnung einzubringen
  • Kommunikationsstärke sowie eine starke hands-on-Mentalität
  • Eine verantwortungsvolle und selbständige Arbeitsweise sowie eine hohe Eigeninitiative
  • Spaß an der Arbeit im Team und an einer offenen Feedback- und Fehlerkultur
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englisch-Kenntnisse
Was wünschenswert wäre
  • Sourcing-Erfahrung mit einem Fokus auf Tech-Rollen
  • Erfahrung in der Führung von personaldiagnostisch fundierten Interviews
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Personio als Bewerbermanagementsystem

Your future team "People & Culture" is part of Corporate Services and consists of six ABInauts who advise employees and create sustainable solutions for the company. Your focus will be on supporting the business units in attracting the right talent for ABI.
Your mission
  • Participation in kick-offs for new vacancies and clarification of the requirements together with people partners and hiring responsibles from the business units
  • Definition of a sourcing strategy and selection of adequate tools and channels
  • Identifying, selecting and approaching potential (tech) talent for ABI and building a continuous pipeline
  • Conducting initial interviews with interested candidates
  • Tracking of sourcing activities and identification of improvements for future sourcing activities
  • Responsibility for recruitment and its continuous development including e.g. selection and procurement of suitable job portals
  • Organisation and realisation of events in cooperation with Communications and the business units
  • Involvement in projects in cooperation with the People & Culture team and the business units
What you need to succeed
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in sourcing and/or recruitment (e.g. from a recruitment consultancy or another dynamic environment)
  • Confident in using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Xing TalentManager
  • Experience in building search strings and conducting searches with common search engines through boolean operators
  • Enjoy inspiring talent and bringing in new ideas and approaches to talent acquisition
  • Strong communication skills and a strong hands-on mentality
  • A responsible and independent way of working as well as a high level of initiative
  • Enjoy teamwork as well as an open feedback and error culture
  • Very good German and English skills
Nice to have
  • Sourcing experience with a focus on tech roles
  • Experience in conducting interviews based on personnel diagnostics
  • Ideally experience in working with Personio as ATS
