Im Themenfeld Performance Marketing & Data erheben, verbinden und analysieren wir Daten entlang der gesamten Customer Journey. Daraus werden ganz konkret Handlungsempfehlungen abgeleitet. Wir optimieren Prozesse und Tools des digitalen Marketings und transaktionsbasierter Geschäftsmodelle und schaffen so die Grundlage zur Transformation eines Data Driven Business. Der messbare Mehrwert für Nutzer_innen steht dabei immer im Vordergrund. Wir kombinieren das Beste aus digitalem Marketing, Inhalten, Daten und Technologie – zugeschnitten auf die Bedürfnisse von OEMs.

Was dich auf deiner Mission erwartet
  • Eigenständige Anforderungsanalyse
  • Beratung bei der Definition fachlicher Anforderungen in Hinblick auf die Umsetzung
  • Datenmodellierung und Implementierungen im DWH-Umfeld
  • Exploration und Bewertung neuer Datenquellen
  • Eigenverantwortliche Konzeption und Umsetzung von ETL-Prozessen
Was du mitbringst
  • Idealerweise verfügst du über einen sehr guten Universitäts-/Hochschulabschluss, vorzugsweise mit der Fachrichtung Informatik oder ähnlich
  • Du kannst bereits erfolgreiche Projekte im Bereich Data Warehousing und ETL vorweisen
  • Du hast umfangreiche Datenbank-Kenntnisse (SQL, Datenmodellierung, Semantic Layer Design, Performanceanalysen, usw.) mit Teradata oder ähnlichen Produkten
  • Du kennst Script-Sprachen (Python, Bash, usw.) oder ETL-Tools
  • Du hast Teamgeist, Kreativität und Spaß an agiler und projektbezogener Arbeit
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Was wünschenswert wäre
  • Erfahrungen im Umgang mit VCS (git) und CI/CD-Pipelines
  • Erfahrung mit agilen Frameworks
  • Erfahrung mit Cloud Plattformen, idealerweise mit AWS

Who we are

Audi Business Innovation GmbH (ABI) was launched by AUDI AG in 2013 as a wholly owned subsidiary with the goal of rethinking the automotive core business. As a digital product development and innovation company, we offer a profound product and IT expertise for user-centric solutions. Our overall objective is to strengthen the sales and distribution processes of AUDI AG by providing relevant digital solutions and reliable IT platforms. We provide the concept to digital services and business models while procuring product development processes and also implementing digital services along the whole value chain with a focus on the efficiency of marketing and sales processes. In the field of performance marketing and data, we collect, combine and analyse data along the entire customer journey and derive recommendations for action from this in very concrete terms. We optimise the processes and tools of digital marketing and transaction-based business models, thereby creating the foundation for the transformation of a data-driven business. Our focus in doing so is always on measurable added value for the user. We combine the best of digital marketing, content, data and technology – tailored to the requirements of vehicle component manufacturers (OEMs).

Your mission
  • Independent requirements analysis
  • Advice on the definition of technical requirements with focus on the implementation
  • Data modeling and implementations in the DWH environment
  • Exploration and evaluation of new data sources
  • Responsible for design and implementation of ETL processes
What you need to succeed
  • University or technical college degree with a focus on computer science or similar
  • You can already demonstrate successful projects in data warehousing and ETL
  • You have extensive database knowledge (SQL, data modeling, semantic layer design, performance analysis, etc.) with Teradata or similar products
  • You know script languages (Python, Bash, etc.) or ETL tools
  • Team spirit, creativity and fun at project-related work
  • Good German and English skills
Nice to have
  • Experiences with VCS (git) and CI/CD-Pipelines
  • Working experience in agile frameworks
  • Experience with cloud platforms, ideally with AWS
